Apple is my customer service rep. She is very easy to talk with and ready to help when it's needed. She proactively looks to support when necessary and always keeps me up to date with my order. I'd say the customer service and support is excellent. I am happy to be working with Shenzhen Wochaun Co. The products were shipped as quick as possible by the company and arrived well packaged. I am happy to say the product quality is very good and they look great. Box is of a high quality as well. I would be confident to sell this laser on my store.
